How much does service cost?
Routine service is $50 and rush service is $75. Government fees, printing, mailing, multiple destinations, and special requirements may be additional.
Are routine and rush available on weekends?
No. These destinations operate on business days. Service also depends on office hours, closures, complete instructions, and acceptance.
Is the New York Secretary of State fee included?
No. The common statutory fee is currently $40 and is separate from Lawson’s service charge. Check current Department of State instructions because requirements and fees can change.
How do I know which registered agent to select?
Check the official New York Department of State entity record and follow your attorney’s direction. Send the DOS search page or DOS ID with the order.
Does submitting the form guarantee service?
No. Lawson reviews the documents, destination, deadline, and requirements before accepting an assignment.
What proof will I receive?
Standard proof documentation is provided after completion. Tell us before ordering if a court, jurisdiction, or client requires special wording, notarization, originals, or another format.
