These terms govern use of NYRegisteredAgentProcessServer.com and requests submitted to Lawson Legal Services.

Site content is general business information, not legal advice. Lawson is not acting as your attorney. Using the site, communicating with Lawson, or submitting a request does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Orders and acceptance

A submission is a request, not acceptance or a guarantee of service. No assignment begins until Lawson confirms acceptance, pricing, scope, timing, and any required payment. Do not rely on an unconfirmed submission to satisfy a deadline.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful authority to submit documents, accurate and complete information, selection of the proper person or entity, legally sufficient documents, service method and deadline, and timely legal advice. You must promptly communicate changes. Lawson may rely on your written instructions.

Pricing and additional charges

Advertised $50 routine and $75 rush prices apply to standard qualifying assignments on business days. Government fees, copies, printing, postage, mailing, multiple entities or locations, special affidavits, unusual requirements, rejected documents, and out-of-scope work may cost extra. Rush availability is not guaranteed. Please call for volume discounts.

Timing and results

Dates and turnaround descriptions are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Completion depends on office hours, closures, recipient availability, document sufficiency, legal requirements, weather, transit, and other conditions. We do not guarantee that a recipient will accept papers or that a court will find service legally sufficient.

Uploads and prohibited use

You may not submit unlawful, malicious, misleading, infringing, or technically harmful material. Submit only information needed for the assignment. You grant Lawson permission to use submitted material to evaluate and perform the requested service.

Independent status and third-party information

Lawson is a private independent business and is not affiliated with New York State, CT Corporation, CSC, Cogency Global, NRAI, RASi, Allstate Corporate Services, or other named third parties. Addresses, fees, and third-party links can change; official records and current instructions control.

Disclaimer and limitation

The site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Lawson disclaims implied warranties relating to the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawson will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
